Immediate tasks

Review past work.

Fix compile warnings.

Go through code, module by module. Sketch an architecture diagram. Note the items done well, and the items that need fixing.

In other words, make the current app a solid foundation base.

Get started on the Apple App Store tasks. Will need Peter’s input on this task.

.

Due dates

Ultimate due date is during the week of June 16. Probably at the end of the week, because the app can/will be presented to the users on June 21 or so.

We have about five weeks of time/work to make progress.

.

New or improved functionality

Change the app’s name to: Pro Equip

Date handling, NSDate to-and-from ISO 8601 dates.

Smooth and natural operation.

Will need to handle all equipment items. The course project handled a limited number.

Persist a player’s equipment configuration on the server somehow. Suggests some level of data sync.

Web app interface for the following tasks: (Peter responsible)

  • Add equipment items (Paul Boyer, Detroit Red Wings?)
  • Manage user accounts

.

New functionality after the due date

(These items can move up, time permitting.)

Embed the login scene in a UIPageViewController, to provide ‘help’, context, and alternate functionality.

Move a player from one team to another.

Web app interface for player management (add, change, ‘delete’).
